This is the station building that I have scratch built over the lock down period – thank goodness for the workshop!
I used 3mm plasicard for the walls and roof. The galvanised sheets are made from aluminium cans. I made a jig from wooden barbecue sticks, and put the aluminium between them and pressed them together with plywood and clamps. I think it looks quite effective. The sheets were then cut to size and glued on with UHU glue.
The windows came from Jackson’s Miniatures, the doors are scribed plasticard, the timber is beech stained with oak varnish, and the signs are from Modeltown.
