Membership records are managed on the Association’s behalf by Warner Group Publications, who are ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) certified. If you need to make a change, e.g. to your postal address or telephone number, or update data that is already held, e.g. to your email address, please send an email to 16mmNGM@warnersgroup.co.uk with details of the change required, or contact them by phone by calling 01778 392016. Telephone lines are open 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays and Bank Holidays, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
It’s important that you identify yourself clearly, so please provide your membership number if you can. (Please note: this is not the group of numbers adjacent to your name on the address carrier sheets used to send magazines to you.) If you can’t, please provide your surname and postal code.
