It’s that time again.  Unfortunately, we’ve had to increase subscription fees for all membership categories.  The increase is a modest £1, primarily due to the continuing rise in postage costs, and I hope that this small increase doesn’t put you off continuing your membership.

If you’ve already renewed, you won’t receive an invitation, nor will you if you joined the Association after October 2019.  Everyone else will, depending on how membership subscription is paid.

Members who renew by Direct Debit will receive a Notification of Change under the terms of the Direct Debit scheme.  If you’ve provided an email address then we’ll send the notification to that address, otherwise we’ll send it to the same address that SMT & Bulletin are sent to.

If you’ve provided an email address and don’t subscribe by Direct Debit, we’ll send an invitation to renew securely online later this week. This will include brief instructions for those who used the system last year, along with more detailed instructions for those new to the system.  To avoid the possibility that this goes to your Spam folder, please add warnersgroup.co.uk to your Safe Senders.  The invitation also includes details of how to renew over the phone.

If you haven’t provided an email address, you’ll receive your renewal invitation on the back of the address carrier sheet used to mail February SMT & Bulletin.

If you encounter problems, please contact Warners in the first instance, either by phone (details are in the invitation) or at 16mmNGM@warnersgroup.co.uk.  If you don’t receive or aren’t satisfied with the response, please contact me at membership@16mm.org.uk.  Please note that invitations are sent in bulk and copy invitations cannot be provided individually.  A second invitation to renew subscription will be sent in March to those who have not renewed.
