Association Membership
Existing Membership Renewal/Lapsed Membership
Membership will become due for renewal at the end of February 2011. If you joined the Association online using 'Join Now' or renewed your membership in 2010 via PayPal, and have not opted out from renewal by PayPal, you will be invited to do so in late January or early February 2011.
To ensure that you receive the renewal invitation, may also wish to add www.16mm.org.uk to the Safe Domains in your email client or equivalent on your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If you don’t know how, your ISP’s Help or Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page can probably assist. Other than this, you need take no further action until you receive the invitation.
Please do not attempt to use the 'Join Now' capability on our web site to renew your membership. This is for new membership applications only. If it is used in an attempt to renew membership, it will result in the renewal process failing to associate the payment with your membership record.
If you are a lapsed member, even if for some time, please email the Membership Secretary at membership@16mm.org.uk with your surname and the house number/name and postcode from when last you were last a member. It will probably be possible to reactivate your previous membership. You will be offered the opportunity to rejoin using PayPal, but in a way that minimises the effort for you and for the Association.
The renewal process is staffed entirely by volunteers. We kindly ask that you follow the instructions above to easy our workload at what is our busiest time of the year.
